In our classroom, we use Senteo Interactive Responders for Math quizzes and Science tests, conversation starters in Language Arts and for simple surveys. i dont like the senteos. I like doing the work on a piece of paper, the only time i like to use the senteos is when were doing a fun test or looking for a poll or somthing.

it's way easier using senteos and you get your mark instantly and it's way more fun then using paper.although if you get something wrong it doesn't give you the right awnser.And we have to look it up by ourselves.

THe Senteos make taking tests a lot easier and it's easier for the teachers to find out what a student got for a mark and it tell's the teachers what we need to learn more about.

yeah it makes you feel more involved. its cool when you see the charts at the end on how many got it right or wrong and insted of waiting for so long to see your grades on the senteos it instantly pops up so thats pretty cool. 0_0 :P

When we use the senteo responders I feel alot more involved in the subject that is being taught because we use the sense of touch. I think it is a great help to the teachers because you get instant results after your done the test. The one thing I don't like is that sometimes the senteos have the wrong answers and turn off all the sudden.

it was really fun having the people from the netherlands come in and see how Mrs.Barrieau's calls uses the Sentos. My favorite game on the smart board would be Jepordy and the magic tunnel as well as note book 10. note book ten is really fun because you get to create things and you can time yourself and it;s probably alot easier for Mrs.Barrieau because she doesen't have to write out what we have to do for the day she just has to type it or write it on the smart board. for me my favorite is definately the sentos because you instantly get you grade and it is much for fun for us kids.

I fing that by useing the sentos it makes it alot more fun for us kids. it instantly gives us our score and it shows you which ones you got wrong...all by the push of a button. I find it is great useing the senteos because we get instant reasults and it is alot easier because with a click of a button instead of writeing down tunes of sentences! We also did lots of quiz's with the senteos like our science quiz, a couple of math quiz's, and a quiz we did in L.A to find out who was going to the speechs! The senteos are ALOT of fun!! :)

well .. i think when we use the senteos they make it easier for the class to learn like when we used the senteos to find out witch one of the students would be going to the speech contest and i liked how when we looked at the question after we answered it , it would have all the percentages of the people that are picked and it was great to see your mark of the quiz from a click of a button I absolutly LOVE the senteos !!

i like the senteos because you dont have to do work on paper and there are alot cool effects on it too:
1.its shows what you got on a test
2.it shows the right anwser so you can discuss with the students what they had wrong
3.you can view the percentages of what they put
i like the smart boards becaus you dont have to use the old fashoned mouse anymore!

I think the senteos are okey. I think the senteos are going a bit to far. Dont get me wrong I think there realy afficiant and there easy and fun to use and it brings learning to a whole new levle. But every thing is about pressing buttons. Just to let you know I'm really getting fond of them and like I said their easy to use. All in all there great and I know at the beginning I was against them but as I write this i'm changing my mind a little. All i'll say is there cool. By MW24T

I loved it when we did the pole for the speeches to see who was going!!!! I also like the slat because you can click the answer whih out getting up. I love the doumment camera if I had to pick an Ineractive Iteme I would pick the doumment camera because I would say that it is an easy way to put something on the smartboard.

Senteos are cool and fun to use. They give us instant results we would otherwise not have acess to at the push of a button,therefore enhancing the learning experience. They should have these in offices so workers could vote on polls unanimously and efficiantly in large groups for major decicions. RK13p
the scenteos are more fun at this school than they were at croft.at croft they had a timer and we werent aloud to have paper and pens.the scenteos give us our not immediately and spares us the pre-note stress(:

i think senteos help alot when doing tests and doing polls in language arts but some times they turn off for no reason still you can see whan you see wrong and the answers come back right away so if we did a mentel math test you just press finish insted of wating for a friend to check it.

I do like the smart board mostly for its efficiency and fun use. My favorite activity on the smart board would be the note book ten. You can do lots of stuff like the drawing pen and the eraser. it pretty much like a Microsoft word and power point and paint shop all at the same time. Note book ten is great! MW24T
I think the smart board is very useful to our education because its big so everyone can see it. You can go up and touch the answer instead of raising your hands to say it and its a lot more fun to touch it. You can use the document camera to show a big picture on the smart board and the slate is good to use when you are too lazy to go up to the smart board. I think all these things are useful. It would be horrible if school didn’t have all these great things to teach people with.
